Up to now, vacant properties have been a major concern, dealing with city inspectors and tax officials on a building-by-building basis. We're focusing on restoring properties, rebuilding communities, and transitioning vacant properties into thriving productive properties.
We aim to stem the tide of increasing vacancies and meet the challenges presented by already vacant properties.
